What We Did


The Challenge

Scarology wanted to share with women the science and beauty of caring for their scars and communicate that transformation and healing are within their power and that Scarology believes they have created a solution especially for them. But Beauty is a hyper-competitive marketing with both niche, startups and industry giants vying for her attention and loyalty.

The Solution

Evolve the brand from a visual identity perspective, preparing it for the omnichannel consumer-driven world of beauty. Extend their reach and findability to grow their organic branded and unbranded traffic in connection with a content marketing program and redesign of their Shopify storefront.

The Results

A refreshed brand identity and Shopify storefront connected to performance programs for Shopify, Amazon, and core marketing channels which drove a lift in visibility and conversion.

Born out of both innovation and necessity, Scarology® was developed by husband and wife physician team, Dr. Michael A. Connor and Dr. Jeanmarie Connor. Dr. Michael Connor specializes in oculoplastic surgery and Dr. Jeanmarie Connor is a pediatrician.
